RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Consumers are entitled to either an exchange or refund, as long as there is a defect in the quality of goods or imperfection in the service.
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchases.
- For return of goods, customer is responsibility for the shipping of the goods.
- Bedcenter W.L.L accepts returns of certain merchandises within 3 days of purchase or product delivery.
- As proof that the products are damaged before your unboxing. Customers must provide photographs or VDOs of the product condition during the unboxing.
REFUNDS POLICY
Refund
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your item and is processing your request. We will follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return is approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded through gift vouchers which you can use for payment on your next order
